PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The listed Clients/Companies were granted with Environmental Permit by Ghana’s EPA to operate. Regulation 24 (1) of the Environmental Assessment Regulations, 1999 (LI 1652) require companies that have been issued with Environmental Permit to prepare Environmental Management Plan (EMP) 18 months into operation and thereafter every 3 years. MBA Consult Limited was contracted by the listed companies to undertake the needed assessments and prepare EMPs on behalf of the Clients/Companies for submission to Ghana’s EPA for consideration for renewal of their Environmental Permit (EP).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The listed Clients/Companies were granted Environmental Permit by Ghana’s EPA to operate. Regulation 25 (1) of the Environmental Assessment Regulations, 1999 (LI 1652) require companies that have been issued with Environmental Permit to prepare Annual Environmental Report (AER) after 12 months from the day of commencement of operation and thereafter every 12 months. MBA Consult Limited was contracted by the listed companies to undertake the needed assessments and prepared AERs on behalf of the Clients/Companies for submission to Ghana’s EPA for consideration for renewal of their Environmental Permits (EP).
