Michelletti & Company Limited (MCL) was constructing a 1 storey residential accommodation for a private Client at Wenco Street, off airport by pass road at Airport in Accra. The building/ construction site was located in-between 2 existing/occupied houses. MCL needed to mount a mobile tower crane for the construction works. Owners of the 2 residential houses requested MCL to undertake a detailed risk assessment of the use of the crane and propose appropriate measure for implementation to reduce if not to eliminate the risk posed by the tower carne.

Project Description
Michelletti & Company Limited (MCL) was the appointed contractor on the Lincoln School re-development project. The project/construction site was close to the school premises although the site was hoarded-off the school’s premises. The School requested the Contractor, MCL to engage the services of an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to undertake an inspection/ audit on the site to identify potential safety risks and propose appropriate control measures to reduce or eliminate the identified risks.

Project Description
Total Tarkwa Mining Depot (TTMD) is one of the bulk fuel storage facilities of TPGL, one of the leading Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in Ghana. The facility/depot is located on the mine site of Anglogold Ashanti (Iduaprim Mine Site) in Tarkwa of the Western Region of Ghana.
TPGL proposed to obtain ISO 14001:2004 environmental management standard certification for the depot. As part of preparation towards obtaining the certification, MBA Consult Limited was contracted by TPGL in October 2012 to undertake baseline audit against the requirements of the Standard and propose measures to close gaps that would be identified from the audit
